Hiking and Fall

(sponsored post) Fall is the perfect time to go hiking. The weather is not too hot and not too cold. Whether you are going on a quick and easy hike or a more a longer hike you will need snacks.

Energy Bars make great snacks that are easy to pack and eat on the go. Bars like Larabar, Probar, and Cliffbar are some of the more health energy bars available. Also, nut butters like Wild Friends are also a good easy-to-pack option.

Granola, like Natures Path seems to be a constant choice. It’s high in carbohydrates and protien. It’s also a dry good so it last long.

These a just a few of the many options out there. Just be sure to look for items high in carbohydrates and protien. Also, remember to always hydrate!
