So it’s that time of year again. Carving pumpkins, chilly weather, and chopping wood for the fireplace. A lot of people don’t realize the great workout you can get from chopping wood. Chopping wood is great to workout your quadriceps. Be sure to wear goggles and glove while using an axe or a hatchet.
