This perennial is a low calorie food that is high in fiber. Because of it’s high fiber content it can help aid constipation. Asparagus can also help maintain a healthy Urinary Tract, so that’s pretty cool!It’s also is high in Vitamin E, which great for your skin, and Folic Acid.
