Happy SundayFunday all!
It’s a great day to go outside and enjoy the weather. If you are planning a day at the beach or just a day in your yard you are definately going to need some snacks. If you are looking for a healthy snack for the summer, here are some tasty ideas.
Ants on a Log– This treat is a classic that is nutrient filled and easy to put together. It doesn’t just have to be celery, peanut butter, and raisins. It could be celery, hummus, and olives. Or any other way you want to change it up.
Fruit Brushetta– This very easy to make snack is great for leftovers or fruit/veggies that are about to go bad. Toast up some bread, dice up some berries and fruit, and you will have a delectable summer snack.
Frozen Fruit– Fruits like Grapes, Cherries, or berries of any kind, taste great even when frozen. Sliced frozen fruit blended with some greens and almond milk makes for one refreshing smoothie.
