Avocado and Runners

Today I would like to share some information on Avocados. This fruit is a runners best ally. This mostly because of its health benefits. Also, who doesn’t love good guac.

Avocados are high in a plethora of vitamins. But, their main benefit is that they are a great source of monounsaturated fat.
