Meditation and running are two things that go hand-in-ha. One helps you with your mindset. The other will help you maintain your energy.
Meditation before running or working out will help to train your brain to keep your concentration strong. It may even help you fight off those negative thoughts and doubts.
You can also meditate while walking or running. There are so many different apps available that will help you with guided running or walking meditations. The ones I use are Headspace and Stop, Breathe & Think. Headspace has guided meditations specifically for athletes. Stop, Breathe & Think has guided meditations specifically for stress and mindfulness. Both also have subscriptions.
