Health Benefits of Yoga for Runners

As Runners we tend to neglect some parts of our bodies. Yoga helps us in so many ways. Here is a short list of why you should do more yoga ( especially if you are a runner).

Yoga can help:

  •  your muscles gain more flexibility and helps your joins gain elasticity.
  • with breath control.
  • strengthen muscles and joins that are not often used while running.
  • strengthen and maintain good posture.
  • increase mental focus and awareness,
