Best Time to Run: Morning or Evening

Good afternoon all!

Most runners tend to prefer to run either in the morning or the evening. There are benifits to both times. Here are a few reasons to run in moring.

Morning Runs

  • Increase enerygy
  • Decrease appetite
  • Lower blood pressure

Evening Runs

  • Cooler temperatures make it easier to run
  • Promotes better sleep
  • Relieves stress

The most important thing to remember is to just keep moving. The best time to run is when you are ready.
