I hope you all enjoyed my last post on CBD. Today let’s talk about what runners tend to put in their protein shakes. This will be a two part subject.

Most runners definately have some sort of preworkout and/or recovery shake, snack, or supplement they take. Sometimes you’ve just got to add in a little something else. Personally, I usually mix my recovery shake with a bit of some sort of plant based protein, mostly because I am lactose intolerant. Then mix it with some collagen ( see Collagen Products). Then I throw in a teaspoon of matcha powder for a little energy boost. This all mixed with some super tasty unsweetened soy or almond milk.
