Where My Journey Started.
So my name is Yvette. When I was 26 I started running. A visit to my doctor revealed that I was prediabetic, had high cholesterol, and high blood sugar. I decided that day to everything I could to improve my health and anxiety.
I knew the process of developing healthy habits would take time. In the process I grew to love running. I could run anytime and almost anywhere. I didn’t need a gym membership. I just needed the road and some running shoes.
Why I Started This Blog
I started this blog because as time has gone by I have come to the realization that I love learning new things about running and overall health and fitness. I also love to share the new things I have learned. When I started to change my diet and fitness I realized that maybe I could help others by sharing the information I found. That is when I made my First Post. Since then I have tried, learned about, and shared many new things and experiences.
