Not everyone likes coffee for their morning energy boost (*gasp!*). I know that’s crazy! However there are some darn good teas that can work great or, dare I say, even better than coffee. Here are a few good choices:
- Irish Breakfast Tea
Black tea in general has been known to reduce oxidative stress.
Matcha can have twice the caffeine kick as coffee without all the jitters.
- Green tea
Green tea works a lot like Matcha but it’s a little less potent.
