Hydration

Good afternoon all!

I hope all are having a great day! So let’s talk about hydration. Hydration is very important to anyone who works out. Staying hydrated during your run or workout helps to keep your body cool and helps your joints work better.

(As you can see I stay pretty well hydrated.)
