Lunchtime for Runners

Hey guys it’s Friday!

That means the weekend is just about here. It’s time to go out and enjoy a nice weekend run or hike. A great way to recover is lunch! Here are a few yummy lunch ideas for runners:

  • Banana and nutbutter sandwich
  • 1 cup of sliced strawberries
  • Oat cakes w/nut butter or hummus
  • 1/2 cup pasta and bean salad
