Good afternoon everyone!
I got up extra early this morning to knock out my morning run and workout at the gym. The run went really well. I added some stepper inclines. Then, I killed all three miles!After that I started doing some abdominal workouts.
Boy am I going to be sore tomorrow! I added in some flutter kicks and found that I struggle with them. I later found out I was doing them wrong! Thankfully I hadn’t injured myself.
