I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. I sure did! I managed to exercise good portion control. I usually slip up a bit on Thanksgiving but I did really well!

However today turned out to be more a survival day when I went to the gym. The good thing is a also listened to my body and realized I need to focus more on stretching.
