We’ve all them. They suck! Those are the days you warm up, get started, and then something doesn’t feel right but you get through your workout anyway. That was my day today.
Every mile felt like forever. Even my upper body workout felt like a struggle. In the end I still hit my running goal and got through my workout. I just took it one quarter mile at a time.
