What are MCTs?
Medium-Chain Triglycerids are shortened, which are easier to digest. MCTs mostly come from Coconut oil. MCTs can also be a great way to fuel your brain. That is why I mostly cook with Coconut oil and mix it into other foods I eat.
Lately, i have been trying a few other products with MCTs in them. There is some exciting stuff out there that I have found helpful. MCTs have many other great benefits for runners as well.
