Happy Wednesday all!
So today I took advantage of a free training session at my gym. The awesome trainer had me using a resistance band. I haven’t used one in quite some time. Needless to say I will definitely be sore in the morning and this session really helped me to realize I need to invest in a band or two. It also inspired me to look up some resistance band workouts and products.
