So the last time I posted I mentioned I signed up for the LA Marathon. I probably won’t start training until the fall. So I plan on signing up for a 5k, 10k, and maybe a half marathon. In the mean time I plan on building up my endurance and miles.
I’m slowly trying to build up to 6 miles. Saturday’s run was a bit tough because I ran in the late afternoon. But what helped was some of the new stuff I have been trying. I tried a new preworkout supplement that gave me some energy. I also tried new protein powder for my recovery shake. So there will be more content to come!
