Eating Health on a Budget

So your trying to save money but also eat healthy.

Sometimes that can be difficult. However it can be done,(insert dramatic gasp here). I have been limiting my spending for a while now. I know it can be hard to do that when it comes to grocery shopping. But I have figured out what works well for me.

I bought some things in bulk. I bought things like oatmeal, rice, and spices in bulk. It also helps it you have bottles, jars, or any container with a lid to hold any dry goods you may need. At some stores you can even buy different types of cereal in bulk.

I also buy a lot of frozen fruit and veggies. As long as they stay frozen they stay good for a long time. Frozen vegetables cook a little easier and do well in the microwave.

(My frozen veggie lunch with a Boca Burger.)

My last tip is don’t be afraid to coupon like crazy.

I love stocking up on frozen veggies — they last forever unlike the fresh ones which go bad in a matter of days.
Im curious about the picture that you posted. Is that a stir-fry? Looks good 🙂
