So today I ran for the second time since having Covid. This time it felt much better. It helped that I chose to run early in the morning. Also fall is finally in Southern Cali!Yyyyyyaaaayyyy!
I only ran/jogged/walked 2 miles and that was a little bit of a struggle but I DID IT! Each run or walk I do feels both good and not-so-good. But I’m getting better everyday!
