Good evening all!

Running is great! However, sometimes life throws us a curve ball. For some it is a running injury. For others it is a medical issue. For me it was covid. Now most of my runs have turned into light jogs and walking, lots of walking. Even though walking sometimes feel like for-freakin-ever,there are some really good benefits of walking.
